If you’ve got a sweet tooth and love a good fall-inspired dessert, this recipe for an apple pie Greek yogurt bowl is for you.
The Husband and I are on a low calorie, high protein journey and I found this recipe on TikTok.
I made it for the first time last night and it will be on heavy rotation this fall! It’s so good!
1 tsp. Monk fruit sweetener
¾ cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used one)
Chop apple and place in microwaveable bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, pumpkin spice seasoning, sweetener and water and microwave for 2 minutes or until apples are soft.
(It will smell like fall in a bowl!)
Meanwhile, mix yogurt and protein powder in separate bowl (mix well so it’s not grainy).
Top with warm apple pie mixture and enjoy!
